Tim Quinn
Tim joined our ministry team in September 2017.
He and his wife Deborah have four daughters, Sarah, Bethany, Emily and Jennifer and two granddaughters.
Tim has a Bachelor of Arts in Music, an MDiv in Theology and a Dmin in Discipleship.
He has been a pastor for over 20 years, and has helped lead two churches in Michigan and one in northern Wisconsin.
Tim has a passion for worship and Life Groups. He loves playing the guitar and listening to music.
Visitation Pastor
Dale Heminger
After serving with the senior pastor on visitation for one year, Dale came on staff in 2013.
He and his wife Marlene enjoy biking, gardening and traveling.
They have four children and seven grandchildren.
Dale is so happy to be able to spend part of his retirement making
hospital and home visits for Rockford Baptist Church.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Robin Dussia
Robin joined the staff at RBC as the administrative assistant on January 1, 2022.
She and her husband Scott love spending time with their family; two children, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren.
