Justin Rowland
Senior Pastor
Justin began his ministry at RBC as the Student Ministries Pastor in 2008. On January 1, 2015 he accepted the call to the position of Senior Pastor.
Justin and his wife Jessi have four children; Tobias, Evangeline, Bradyn, and Graham. Justin has a Bachelor’s degree in Bible Theology from Moody Bible Institute, and his Master's Degree from the Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.
He previously taught at a Christian high school and has 15 years experience working in youth ministry. Justin has a passion for making disciples of Christ.
Justin enjoys playing and watching sports, spending time with his family, and running.
David Johnston
Youth Ministries Pastor
Pastor Dave joined the RBC family in June 2024. David and his wife Breanna recently welcomed a daughter, Brielle.
He received a B.S. in Biology from Grand Valley State University, and his M.Div. from The Expositors Seminary.
He has been continuously involved in youth ministry since 2017, and has a passion for family driven discipleship, and equipping young people with the Truth of God's Word.
Dave enjoys spending time with his family, fly-fishing, golf, and working on cars.
Robin Dussia
Administrative Assistant
Originally from East Michigan, Robin and her husband Scott moved to West Michigan in 2020 to be closer to her daughter Erica, son-in-law Scottie and two grandsons, Nash and Eli. In January 2022, Robin joined the RBC staff as the administrative assistant where she is able to use her love of organization to help the Church run smoothly. Recently, Robin's son Travis moved to West Michigan which means her whole family is in the same city now... yay! In her free time you can find Robin spending time with her family, reading, and enjoying life!
