"The Beautiful Resurrection" 1 Corinthians 15
Have you ever had questions about the resurrection, whether or not it is true? We should all want it to be true.
1 Corinthians 15, we see that this incredible news is in fact true!
Jesus has entered into our greatest fear—death—and has defeated and overturned it forever.
And because He lives, everything has changed. Come join us as we celebrate the Beautiful Resurrection.

"The Alabaster Box" John 12:1-8
Have you ever wondered how to attend to all of the competing forces around you that demand your time, attention and devotion? In this week's sermon, we watch the simple act of devotion by Mary, a disciple of Jesus. In contrast, we also watch a deceiver who, while pretending to also be devoted to Christ, is only in close proximity to Jesus for what he can get out of the relationship. Join us as we learn from Mary in her simple life of devotion.

Bible Study Fellowship
Meeting every Thursday beginning 9/15 | 9:10 AM at RBC
We are excited to again host the Bible Study Fellowship Bible Study for women, and it's absolutely FREE, but registration is required. [ click HERE for the link]
We believe people discover their true purpose and identity by knowing God through His Word. That is why BSF offers free, in-depth Bible studies in community for people of all ages around the world.
Ladies with preschool children are not left out. A preschool program for children ages 0-6 is available.
BSF's Preschool Program gives children a biblical foundation upon which to build a love for God and spiritual matters. Loving, well-trained and committed leaders teach little ones about God and the Bible in age-appropriate ways. The leaders pray for the children and encourage them to continue learning with their registered adult throughout the week. (The preschoolers' curriculum is based on the lessons the adults’ study to help foster spiritual conversations at home.) The children also learn other important life skills, such as how to obey instructions, cooperate, sit and listen — all taught in an atmosphere of love.
This year's study is People of the Promise: Kingdom Divided
Good and evil kings. Passionate prophets. Prophecies that shape our modern age.
The Old Testament is full of theologically rich books that both recount and shape history. They also set the stage for the long-awaited Messiah, containing more than 300 prophecies covering His birth, life, death, and resurrection.
People of the Promise: Kingdom Divided will unpack a fascinating period in Israel’s history across 15 books, from its split into two nations, through dozens of kings and prophets and ultimately to the heartbreaking exile into Babylon.
Welcome Back!

9/11/22 marks the 21st anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
We remember the sorrow of that day but also the dedication, commitment and strength of those who responded to the tragic events.
Rev. Billy Graham’s remarks given at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., on Friday, September 14, 2001,
brought hope and healing to a shocked nation. His words are still powerful and relevant more than 20 years later.
"Yes, our nation has been attacked, buildings destroyed, lives lost. But now we have a choice: whether to implode and disintegrate emotionally and spiritually as a people and a nation; or to choose to become stronger through all of this struggle, to rebuild on a solid foundation."
"We've seen so much that brings tears to our eyes and makes us all feel a sense of anger.
But God can be trusted, even when life seems at its darkest." — Billy Graham (Sept. 14, 2001).

Outdoor Worship Service | Sundays through August | 10:00 AM
SERIES
Through this series called "WAITING" I would encourage us as believers to reject how society has conditioned us to view waiting—especially when it comes to knowing God. Over the next several months we will be studying characters in the Bible who waited well and some that waited not so well. Your time doesn’t have to become passive, purposeless, or tedious when God seems to be absent or moving slowly. Instead, discover how waiting is actually integral to God’s plans of life and salvation. When we gain this perspective, these seemingly dry times of waiting can be opportunities to strengthen our hope in God and see that He is always faithful.

If things drastically change we will update this posting.
We want you to know that we are closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19. In circumstances like this we need to operate with faith and wisdom. We are praying that God will heal all of those who are sick and bring a quick end to the virus.
As a church we are unlike school or work; it is not mandatory to attend, so we will let you decide on whether it is best for you to join us. if you are unable to attend, we will be live streaming our 11:00 AM message on our Facebook page. If you do not have Facebook the message will also be uploaded to YouTube.
The uncertainty of this

and those who are working around the clock to minimize the impact of this virus.

Pastor Justin Rowland
Though March 15
As we conclude this series in the book of Jonah we have seen that this book was much more than just a colorful story about a man being swallowed by a big fish; it was a tale of God’s redemption in a lost world. Through Jonah’s bizarre journey, we have seen the incredible mission of God and how it has encouraged us to follow Him wherever he sends us today!

Sunday Easter series
In this Easter Series “IN MY PLACE,” we will look at the events leading up to the crucifixion and see, how through these events, God was doing an examination of the human soul.
The stories of the arrest and trial of Jesus are told in such a way that we can see that the human race is really the one on trial. We should see ourselves in these stories and learn why Jesus came and had to do what He did.

Families are asked to take home an empty baby bottle. As you pray for the center, place your spare change, dollar bills, or checks in the baby bottle. THIS SUNDAY
NEW SERIES IN DANIEL
Pastor Justin Rowland
The book of Daniel is about how to stand out, how to thrive, in a very dark and hostile world.
You see, unlike most of the other books in the Hebrew Bible, the books setting is not in Israel,
but in the heart of an enemy, pagan Empire where God’s people have been taken captive.
Throughout our study we’ll learn that the power to make a difference
is found in the commitment to be different.
If you visit us for the 1st time, please click HERE to fill out our guest survey.
At RBC our mission is to teach God's Word and Model Christ in our
WORSHIP, WALK, and WITNESS.
