    North Kent Connect is dedicated to helping residents of northern Kent County meet basic needs and take steps toward economic independence. They provide essential resources such as food, job training, and opportunities for community connection.


    To expand their impact, the North Kent Connect Store was created—a place where everyone can shop for high-quality, gently used clothing and household goods at affordable prices. Every purchase supports local families through NKC’s empowerment programs.

    Pastor Justin Rowland, along with the Elders and the Outreach Committee of Rockford Baptist Church, are committed to standing for the sanctity of life. As part of that commitment, we are partnering with Assure Women’s Center — a local non-profit pregnancy care ministry. Assure Women’s Center exists to affirm and uphold the value of every human life, strengthen families, and promote a Biblical view of sexuality.
